Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Andrew Melfi is a seasoned financial executive with over 28 years of experience in the financial management of high tech telecommunications companies. Mr. Melfi was formerly the CFO of Satellite Transmission Systems, a $125 million dollar division of California Microwave, which had four separate facilities in three states as well as overseas operations. Mr. Melfi was responsible for the companies financial, accounting, international finance, program cost control and business analysis functions.
Mr. Melfi previously was the Assistant Controller of Dorne and Margolin, where he was in charge of the company's financial, accounting, and treasury functions.
Prior to Dorne and Margolin, Mr. Melfi was the Accounting Manager for Gould Simulation Systems Division. Mr. Melfi holds an MBA and BBA Accounting from Dowling College.
