Satellite Services & Products

In 2007, Globecomm acquired Globalsat from LBiSat. Through this unit, Globecomm provides satellite services and products to state and local first responders and the civilian, military and intelligence agencies of the Federal government. Facilities include the Maryland Teleport, a secure operation with state-of-the-art security and a Network Operations Center, staffed by secure personnel, to ensure 24x7x365 operation. A global network of 120 security-cleared staff provide engineering, project management, integration and network services tailored to meet the demanding requirements of government clients.
